Overview

Houston Dearn O’Connor has been providing legal services since 1966.

Our firm is headed up by Steven (“Steve”) Shneider. Steve is a respected lawyer with more than 20 years experience in his chosen fields.

We provide the following services to the public and to Government:

• Local Government, environmental and planning (we act for private developers and Local Government)
• Local Government and State Government compliance, enforcement and prosecutions
• Criminal defence and AVO work, conveyancing and property, wills, estates and family provision claims.

We provide advocacy and Court representation across a range of areas with particular emphasis on hearings in the Land and Environment Court and hearings in the Local Court.

We are a great team with a proven track record of producing desired results for our clients.
