Tim is a highly respected lawyer with a long history of acting in the fields of Local Government and Environmental and Planning law, conveyancing law and property law. Tim has advised and acted in various capacities for Local Government since the early 1980s.  He has significant litigation experience in planning and environmental law matters and has acted for clients in all jurisdictions of the Land and Environment Court and in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.

Tim has vast experience in succession law, having assisted Australians and foreign nationals in the administration of estates in NSW and to defend or challenge grants of probate and family provision claims.
