Tim is a highly respected lawyer with a long history of acting in the fields of Local Government and Environmental and Planning law and in property law. Tim has vast experience in the fields of conveyancing, leasing, commercial litigation and commercial transactions. He also acts in the field of wills and probate law, having assisted Australians and foreign nationals in respect of the administration of estates in NSW and to defend or challenge grants of probate.

Tim has advised and acted in various capacities for Local Government since the early 1980s.  He has significant litigation experience in planning and environmental law matters and has acted for clients in all jurisdictions of the Land and Environment Court and in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.
